• June Treasurer’s Report – Lisa Zahradnicek (Chad Adams presented), Review & Approval by Katie Fuller, NatalieDorris. Budget for next year will be sent out to the board for approval
• Director’s Comments – Mr. Rogers talked about the final concert. He also discussed the Kris Landers Foundation.
• New Director’s Comments – see Mr Centers handout. Discussed the need to restripe the marching band practicefield. $400 was requested to rent a striper and to buy paint. Motion by Katie Fuller, 2nd by Andie Marx; approved by those in attendance
• There will be a separate meeting for the 2022 spring break trip

    • Needs: Tents and Tables, Need Donations for Baskets, parent volunteers to take photos, walk with the band – Be on the lookout for Sign-Up Genius

    • Needs: Meals for Instructors (Hospitality) Sign-Up Genius, Line up Big Photo for Senior Posters and buttons
  • End of Camp Picnic/Pool Party
    • 7:30-9:30 Wendell Moore park and Aquatic Center

  • There are not many changes from last month.

  • For expenses, we had: Storage $228, Concert Attire and an Honorarium.
  • We have an ending balance of $32,942.06 as of 2/13/21.
  • The only outstanding check is for Beth Sammett $315.00 for tax return preparation.
