  • Director’s Comments – see website
    • Almost done with seating auditions
  • Upcoming Events
    • After School Rehearsals, Tuesday for Band 2; Wednesday for Band 1/Jazz Band 6-7:30 pm
    • Tuba/Euphonium Ensemble – recording Jan 26-27
    • Solo and Ensemble – will be recorded like All State Auditions
  • Committees Reports
    • Communication–Sonya Cook
    • Uniform Coordinators – Charlie/Becky Christensen – all boys have been fitted for tux shirts; 19 marching uniforms need to be returned; emails will be sent out for students that owe money for tux shirts
    • Hospitality—Tammy Passafiume/Nicole Tschappat – next event will be the band banquet
    • Directory—Katie Fuller
    • Website—Katie Fuller -may need to think about making this position a board member
    • Letterman Jacket—Sonja Neely
  • Fundraising
    • Scrips Gift Cards—Angie Barrett – having trouble getting into account
    • Sponsorships—Katie Fuller – banner for sponsors; Marine Corp sponsorship; Fine Print will make concert programs if needed
    • Spring flowers – Made a motion to approve this as a spring fundraiser that will start in March; 1stNicole Tschappat, 2ndSonya Cook
    • DON’T FORGET about Passive Fundraisers (free money doing shopping you would be doing anyway)
