  • Welcome everyone at 7:03, Chad Adams presiding, 13 people in person, 5 via Zoom
  • April Meeting Minutes – Sandy Walker, Review & Approval by Sonya Cook, Lisa Adams
  • May Treasurer’s Report – Lisa Zahradnicek, Review & Approval by Amy, Lisa Adams
  • Director’s Comments
    • Concert will be long, jazz ensemble will be playing
  • New Director’s Comments
    • Mr. Centers has a cell number for band only. He prefers that over email. 
  • Upcoming Events
    • After School Rehearsals, Tuesday for Band 2; Wednesday for Band 1 – none after concert until the last day of school
    • Band Banquet—Friday 5/21 – Look for email/FB for details; need more helpers at 4:30
    • Final Concert—Thursday 5/27 – will ask for donations instead of an admission price
    • After school rehearsal—6/7
    • Oldham County Day—Saturday 7/17
      • Booths along Main Street – silent auction; look for email on what to contribute; sell ice cream
      • Will need volunteers – contact Stephanie Skeens if you would like to help
      • Mr Rogers will look into getting buses for that day
  • Committees Reports
    • Communication–Sonya Cook – needs the incoming Freshmen email list
    • Uniform Coordinators – Charlie/Becky Christensen – need to get tuxes cleaned
    • Hospitality—Tammy Passafiume/Nicole Tschappat
