- May Meeting Minutes – Sandy Walker, Review & Approval by Charlie Christensen, Brandon Gossett
- June Treasurer’s Report – Lisa Zahradnicek (Chad Adams presented), Review & Approval by Katie Fuller, NatalieDorris. Budget for next year will be sent out to the board for approval
- Director’s Comments – Mr. Rogers talked about the final concert. He also discussed the Kris Landers Foundation.
- New Director’s Comments – see Mr Centers handout. Discussed the need to restripe the marching band practicefield. $400 was requested to rent a striper and to buy paint. Motion by Katie Fuller, 2nd by Andie Marx; approved by those in attendance
- There will be a separate meeting for the 2022 spring break trip
- Elections
- Vote on Treasurer-Elect–Angela Schmitt – approved
- Vote on Freshman at Large–Mary Tatum – approved
- Upcoming Events
- July rehearsals—Starting July 5th. Every Monday and Thursday until school starts 6-8:30 pm. Email Mr. Centers if you are going to miss any practices.
- Needs: Water, Collection of Forms, music lyres
- Oldham County Day—Saturday 7/17
- Needs: Tents and Tables, Need Donations for Baskets, parent volunteers to take photos, walk with the band – Be on the lookout for Sign-Up Genius
- Band Camp—July 26th through 30th
- Needs: Meals for Instructors (Hospitality) Sign-Up Genius, Line up Big Photo for Senior Posters and buttons
- End of Camp Picnic/Pool Party
- 7:30-9:30 Wendell Moore park and Aquatic Center
- Will need numbers for pool party
- Will see if Bully’s will provide meat; students to provide sides, desserts

- Uniform Coordinators – Charlie/Becky Christensen – Ordered drum major jackets; will need to measure students for marching uniforms; discussed ways to get uniforms cleaned at the end of the season
- Show Shirts/Volunteer Coordinator—Lisa Adams
- Royal blue; need student sizes ASAP; will send out link for parents/families to order
- Seniors are working on a t-shirt for band camp
- Looking at possibly getting ball caps
- Oldham County Day—Stephanie Skeens – see info above
- Fundraising
- Mums— Nicole Tschappat/Jenn Silliman – sale will be from Aug 12-Aug 25; Sept 9th delivery
- Sponsorships—Katie Fuller – Let Katie know if you know someone that would like to be a sponsor – for $500 your company name will be on our banner, website, concert programs
