    • Uniform Coordinators – Charlie/Becky Christensen – Sold $135 worth of older shirts; only 47 students have turned in measurements for uniforms
    • Show Shirts – Lisa Adams – There are a few extra shirts available
    • Hospitality—Tammy Passafiume/Nicole Tschappat – no tailgate meals at this time
    • Directory—Katie Fuller – this will be located on the home page of the band website
    • Instrument Rental—Lorena Reed

    • Graeter’s Ice Cream—Brenda Kibiloski – Ice cream is $4 this year; may need to “think outside the box” when it comes to selling ice cream this year
    • Scrips Gift Cards—Angie Barrett
    • Sponsorships—Katie Fuller – Bully’s did reach out, but not sure about what we need at this time
    • Mum Sale Coordinator—Nicole Tschappat/Jenn Silliman – Sept 17th delivery day
