The directory maintains current student and parent contact information to ensure that Mr. Rogers, volunteers or other band staff have an immediate resource for contacting students or parents about band news, band events, or in the event of an emergency or last-minute announcements regarding football half-time shows or concerts. This information must be resubmitted each year and each time contact information changes for students or their parents. At no point will this information be sold to third parties or shared publicly.
