  • November Treasurer’s Report – Lisa Zahradnicek, Review and Approval-Michelle Nation/Tammy Passafiume
  • Director’s Comments
  • Band Trip Update
    • Total going=105 (76 students; 29 parents/siblings)
    • Payment was due last Friday
    • Last Payment is due January 14th.  This payment will be less than the other payments.
  • Upcoming Events
    • After School Rehearsals on Tuesday/Wednesday and Thursday for concert band 
    • All District Auditions at OCHS on November 20th
    • All State Final Round Auditions/All State Jazz Auditions on Dec 11th at John Hardin HS
    • Blue Pep Band game on December 6th
    • White Pep Band game on December 13th
    • OCHS Holiday Concert on December 14th-  will be recorded and available for purchase
    • Blue Pep Band game on January 4th
    • All District Band Weekend on January 7-8
  • Committees Reports
    • Uniform Coordinators – Charlie/Becky Christensen-need a few more volunteers to wash uniforms and pick up for washing
    • Pictures—Katie Fuller-upload any pictures/videos to link provided in the weekly emails
    • Letterman Jacket—Erika Watt-all letterman jackets and spirit wear has been distributed.  If you didn’t receive yours, please reach out to Chad Adams 
    • All District—Jennifer Otterback/Jessica Walker-still have some volunteer spots available for this event. 
  • Fundraising
    • Graeter’s Ice Cream—Brenda Kibiloski-Didn’t sell at last football game due to weather.  Planning to sell at All-District Auditions and possibly December concert
    • Doing “love offering” donations this year for concerts in place of selling tickets
    • Sponsorships—Katie Fuller
    • Snapraise
    • DON’T FORGET about Passive Fundraisers (free money doing shopping you would be doing anyway)

  • Band Booster Organization volunteers needed for this year

  • There will be no Band Boosters meeting in December; next on will be January 17th; Board meeting week of January 10th
