  • Treasurer’s Position
    • Erika Watt nominated @ 7:46pm by Ryan Baker
    • Approved @ 7:48pm by Chad Adams and Katie Fuller (0 Opposed, 20 Yay)
    • Angela Schmitt will be removed from Stockyards Bank Account
    • Ryan Baker, as President, will remain and Erika Watt will be added to the bank account. 
    • [email protected] email will also need to be removed and updated with Erika Watt’s email of [email protected]

  • Upcoming Events
    • Marching Band Practices—Thursdays 4:15-6:15 (once school starts)
    • Senior Banner & Button Pictures – 7/31/23 4-6pm (Seniors need to sign-up for times)
    • Band Picnic, Wendell Moore Park, 6-8pm (Bully’s donating BBQ, families bring side and dessert)
  • Band Board needs for this year (Please email [email protected] if you are interested)
    • Treasurer Elect
      • Kendra Gross and Angela Schmidt volunteered to help
  • Band Communication
    • Band Emails—Sent on Sundays and Wednesdays.
    • Most used communication tool—One adult from each family needs to join the email list at a minimum.
    • Facebook group:  Oldham County HS Band Boosters!
      • Is a private group.  Approval by Admin required
      • Good place for parents to ask questions of other parents
      • Band Director is not on this site so make sure to focus question for him via email
    • Remind and Google Classroom
      • Used by Mr. Centers after school starts
      • Used for special announcements, reminders, and changes
      • Parents can sign up on Remind.
  • Uniforms- Michelle Nation
    • Marching band shoe fitting 7/27 during lunch 1030am-1pm (RRR Band Accessories, $34) 
  • Next Band Booster meeting will be Monday Aug 21, 2023
    • Band Room, 630pm

    • Senior picture day 7/31, 4-6pm

    • Senior Button $20 expense (approved by Chad Adams and Kim Evans)
