1:30pm Registration at the School of Music *

2:00pm Placement auditions

5:30pm Dinner Break – on your own

6:30pm Return to School of Music Lobby to check Ensemble placements and rehearsal room assignments

6:45pm First rehearsal (Comstock, LL65, or 267 as posted in SoM Lobby)

9:20pm End of rehearsal instructions and discussion

9:30pm Snacks available in Main Lobby of SoM Saturday,

Saturday, January 25th

8:30am Full Rehearsals (in locations as announced)

11:45am Pizza lunch provided by UofL Bands

1:00pm Full Rehearsals

3:00pm Break

3:30pm Full

5:00pm Dinner Break – on your own
