  • Band Trip
    • Quick Summary
    • Will be a special trip meeting on Monday, August 2nd from 7:30 – 8:30 pm (last half of rehearsal)
    • First Deposit due August 13th–$150 
    • Trip was discussed briefly with more details to follow during trip meeting
  • Communication –Andie Marx
    • Each student can up to 3 email addresses for the Sunday/Wed night e-newsletters 
    • Facebook page
    • Will be adding forms to a google doc to email to parents due to website construction
  • Upcoming Events
    • Rehearsals–Mondays and Thursdays, be on the lookout for Sign-Up Genius  
    • Band Camp—July 26-July 30, please bring in water, be on the lookout for Sign-Up Genius   
    • New Parent Meeting—July 26th
    • Senior Poster Pictures—July 27th
    • Colonel Carousel—July 28th and July 29th-will have table set up
    • Pool Party and Picnic—July 30th -at John Black Aquatic Center
    • Band Trip Meeting—August 2nd
    • OCHS Open House—August 5th
  • Committees Reports
    • Uniform Coordinators – Charlie/Becky Christensen-Nu-Yale Cleaners is the new sponsor, will be fitting seniors on Monday 5:00-6:30 pm, Fitting for shoes on Thursday from 10:30-11:00 am, cost is $31.00, plan to have 2 nights to fit for marching uniforms week after band camp
    • Show Shirts – Lisa Adams-will have extras and online store
    • Hospitality—Tammy Passafiume/Bethony Keil- be on the lookout for Sign-Up Genius for band camp and picnic/pool party 
    • Directory—Katie Fuller-putting together directory 
    • Instrument Rental—Lorena Reed-make sure students fill out form and pay fees for instrument rentals
    • Volunteer Coordinator—Lisa Adams-several volunteer opportunities coming up so be on the lookout for those
